This customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, view bills, and enroll in text to pay.

The 2023 Cedar Grove Utility District Water Quality Report can be viewed by clicking the 2023 Consumer Confidence Report button at the top of the screen. We will mail a copy upon request.
FEES
Tap Fees 3/4" (standard) - $1,125.00 plus owner's deposit.
1" - $1,825.00 plus owners deposit.
*Anything larger than 1", customer must pay all cost of installation after CGUD approval of install.
Owner Deposit - $75.00,
Renter Deposit - $150.00.
Reconnection Fee - $50.00,
$100.00 (After hours reconnect)
Meter Install Fee @25.00
(If the meter is taken out due to nonpayment)
NSF Fee - $30.00 charge on all returned payments.
Lock Replacement Fee - $25.00
